Emergency Orders of Protection
You can learn how to file an emergency Order of Protection.

An Order of Protection is issued by the court to limit the behavior of someone who harms or threatens to harm another person. An Order of Protection may be issued for, but not limited to:
- Domestic Violence within a family or relationship
- A condition of a defendant's release or bail in a criminal case
- An ongoing divorce
