The Mayor's Management Report (MMR) is a government "report card" that measures actual performance and service delivery by City agencies. It highlights agency accomplishments, as well as City services that require additional improvements. It serves as an important tool in improving initiatives involved in public safety, quality of life, and customer service delivery.

The MMR is released twice a year. The Preliminary MMR provides information about City service delivery during the first four months of the fiscal year. The Fiscal MMR covers the entire fiscal year.

The Dynamic Mayor’s Management Report (DMMR) is a digital version of the MMR. The DMMR will be updated on a regular basis and offers a user-friendly interface that will allow you to easily search for relevant data and comparative data analysis across several previous years.

You can get additional and more frequently updated information on agency performance measures through the online Citywide Performance Reporting (CPR) system.
