If you have lost or damaged your Food Protection Certificate, you may get a replacement if you have taken the Food Protection Course and passed the final exam within the last 10 years. If you took the class more than 10 years ago you must retake the course and pass the final exam.
All replacements are obtained in person at the Health Academy. Appointments and payment online are required.
Appointments are available Wednesday and Thursday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
