The program offers advisory services to complete energy and water upgrades in buildings, which include connections to financing and incentives that are available to help cover costs.
1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-family properties are not eligible for this program. However, Community Retrofit can refer building owners to available resources for 1-4 family homes.
