Parking garages or lots that accommodate 100 or more vehicles must also provide parking for bicycles. Garages must maintain devices to secure bicycles, such as:
- Racks
- Hooks
- Poles
- Locks
- Chains
Garages must be equipped with enough devices to park at least one bicycle for every ten automobile parking spaces, up to two hundred automobile parking spaces.
The operator of a garage or lot cannot refuse to provide parking for a bicycle unless there is no room at that time.
