Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

In-person hearings for parking tickets and camera violations have resumed. In-person commercial parking ticket and camera violation hearings will resume on May 2, 2022, by appointment only.

As of March 21, 2022, penalties will be added to all camera violations and parking tickets 30 days after the date of the ticket or notice of liability.

No penalties were assessed for parking tickets between March 22,2020 and March 21, 2022.  No penalties were assessed for camera violations between March 22, 2020 and January 11, 2021.

If you own or operate a commercial vehicle and have 10 or more parking or camera violations, you can dispute them all at one time instead of having hearings for each ticket separately. You must dispute the violations with the Department of Finance's Commercial Adjudication Unit by mail or in person at their office.

To request a hearing by mail, you must include:

  • A letter explaining why you are fighting the violations
  • Copies of the tickets or Notices of Liability (NOL) or the ticket or NOL numbers
  • Copies of all available evidence
